Copyright and rights complaints

If a video on Safe Kids TV uses your content without your permission, email aameralshamy3@gmail.com and include:

• the title of the video, or the link to it;
• which part of it is your content;
• proof that the content is yours, such as a link to where you first published it;
• how we can contact you.

We treat rights complaints as urgent. If you use the app, you can also report the video from inside it: open the video, tap the menu (⋮) below it, choose “Report this video”, then “This uses my content without permission”. That hides the video from the app straight away while we review it.

إذا كان فيديو على Safe Kids TV يستخدم محتواك دون إذنك، فراسلنا على aameralshamy3@gmail.com واذكر فيها:

• عنوان الفيديو أو رابطه؛
• الجزء الذي يعود إليك منه؛
• ما يثبت أن المحتوى لك، مثل رابط المكان الذي نشرته فيه أول مرة؛
• طريقة التواصل معك.

نتعامل مع شكاوى الحقوق على أنها عاجلة. وإذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق، يمكنك أيضًا الإبلاغ عن الفيديو من داخله: افتح الفيديو، واضغط على القائمة (⋮) أسفله، واختر «الإبلاغ عن هذا الفيديو» ثم «يستخدم هذا الفيديو محتواي دون إذن». يُخفى الفيديو من التطبيق فورًا إلى أن ننتهي من مراجعته.

Parent support

Parents can contact support about account access, parent controls, safe viewing, subscription questions, or anything else about the app.

Inside the app, open Parent Controls and choose Help and support to write to us without leaving the app.

دعم أولياء الأمور

Creator inquiries

Creator tools are separate from the child app. Creator proposals and uploaded media must go through agreement, rights confirmation, ownership attestation, and admin review before any approved video can appear in the child app.

أدوات صناع المحتوى منفصلة عن تطبيق الطفل. يجب أن تمر مقترحات صناع المحتوى والوسائط المرفوعة بالموافقة على الاتفاقية، وتأكيد الحقوق، والإقرار بالملكية، ومراجعة الإدارة، قبل أن يظهر أي فيديو معتمد في تطبيق الطفل.

Safety and content concerns

Report any safety concern, mistaken content, or privacy concern by email. Include the video title or page where the concern appeared if available. Do not send sensitive child information unless it is necessary for support.

مخاوف السلامة والمحتوى

أبلغنا بالبريد الإلكتروني عن أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة أو الخصوصية، أو عن محتوى نُشر بالخطأ. اذكر عنوان الفيديو أو الصفحة التي ظهرت فيها المشكلة إن أمكن. ولا ترسل معلومات حساسة عن الطفل إلا إذا كانت ضرورية للدعم.

Use the form on the account and data deletion page. It works without the app and without signing in.
