How to request deletion

If you no longer have the app installed, submit this public web request form. We use a generic response and do not reveal whether the email matches an account.

• In the Safe Kids TV app, open Parent Controls (the parent PIN is asked for), go to the Account & Data Deletion section, and choose Request account deletion or Request data deletion. The parent account must be signed in on that device.
• You can also email aameralshamy3@gmail.com from the parent account email address.
• If the address belongs to a parent account, that address is sent a confirmation that the request arrived, and another when it is complete.

What account deletion covers

Account deletion removes the parent account itself, together with:

• everything a data deletion removes (see below);
• the account's subscription entitlement;
• the account's invitation code, and the records of invitations it sent or used;
• the account's notifications inside the app.

Some records are kept with the account removed from them. Subscription payment events stay, with no link to the account, because billing, refunds and chargebacks are settled against them. Deletion requests stay without the email address or the reason given. Support messages and reports about a video stay as child-safety and rights records, without the link to the account; the contact address on a message is removed only once the message has been answered, so that a question still waiting for a reply can still be answered.

ما يشمله حذف الحساب

يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة حساب ولي الأمر نفسه، ومعه:

• كل ما يحذفه طلب حذف البيانات (انظر أدناه)؛
• استحقاق الاشتراك المرتبط بالحساب؛
• رمز الدعوة الخاص بالحساب، وسجلات الدعوات التي أرسلها أو استخدمها؛
• إشعارات الحساب داخل التطبيق.

نحتفظ ببعض السجلات بعد فصلها عن الحساب. تبقى أحداث الدفع الخاصة بالاشتراك دون أي ربط بالحساب، لأن الفوترة والمبالغ المستردة والاعتراضات على الدفع تُسوّى بناءً عليها. وتبقى طلبات الحذف دون البريد الإلكتروني أو السبب المذكور. وتبقى رسائل الدعم والبلاغات عن الفيديوهات سجلاتٍ لحماية الأطفال والحقوق، دون ربطها بالحساب؛ ولا يُحذف عنوان التواصل من الرسالة إلا بعد الرد عليها، حتى نتمكن من الرد على أي سؤال لم يُجب عنه بعد.

What data deletion covers

Data deletion keeps the parent account and removes what is stored with it on our servers:

• every sign-in session, so every device using the account is signed out;
• any pending password reset or email confirmation codes;
• the check value of the parent PIN;
• the parent's control settings, where the app keeps them with the account;
• the day's count of free viewing, where one is kept.

Watch history, search history, favourites and the child's profile are kept on the phone, not on our servers. Watch and search history can be cleared in Parent Controls, and removing the app clears everything it keeps on the phone.

يُبقي حذفُ البيانات حسابَ ولي الأمر، ويزيل ما هو محفوظ معه على خوادمنا:

• جميع جلسات تسجيل الدخول، فيُسجَّل الخروج من كل جهاز يستخدم الحساب؛
• أي رموز معلّقة لإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور أو تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني؛
• قيمة التحقق من رمز PIN الخاص بولي الأمر؛
• إعدادات التحكم الخاصة بولي الأمر، إن كان التطبيق يحفظها مع الحساب؛
• عدّ المشاهدة المجانية لليوم، إن وُجد.

سجل المشاهدة وسجل البحث والمفضلة وملف الطفل محفوظة على الهاتف لا على خوادمنا. يمكن مسح سجل المشاهدة وسجل البحث من «تحكم الوالدين»، وحذف التطبيق من الهاتف يمسح كل ما يحفظه عليه.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period, at most 6 years, when required for legal, child-safety, billing, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, security, audit, dispute handling, tax/accounting, or operational integrity reasons. Examples include admin audit logs, security events, billing entitlement history, rights/license records, and creator/admin operational records.

Creator and admin records

Deleting a parent account does not automatically delete public creator/admin operational records, content rights logs, published video records, review history, or safety audit trails unless legally required and safely reviewed.

لا يؤدي حذف حساب ولي الأمر تلقائيًا إلى حذف السجلات التشغيلية العامة الخاصة بصناع المحتوى والإدارة، أو سجلات حقوق المحتوى، أو سجلات الفيديوهات المنشورة، أو سجل المراجعة، أو سجلات تدقيق السلامة، إلا إذا تطلب القانون ذلك وبعد مراجعة آمنة.

Retention period

We review deletion requests within 30 days. Records retained for legal, security, billing, audit, or child-safety reasons may be kept longer only as necessary for that purpose.

Child-facing data posture

Safe Kids TV minimizes child-facing data. There are no public child profiles, comments, chat, public posts, or child upload features.
