How to request deletion

If you no longer have the app installed, submit this public web request form. We use a generic response and do not reveal whether the email matches an account.

What account deletion covers

Account deletion requests cover the parent account, parent sign-in/session records, parent settings associated with the account, and subscription entitlement records where they are no longer required for billing, security, legal, or safety reasons.

What data deletion covers

Data deletion requests can ask us to remove eligible account-associated app data while keeping the parent account active where practical.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, child-safety, billing, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, security, audit, dispute handling, tax/accounting, or operational integrity reasons. Examples include admin audit logs, security events, billing entitlement history, rights/license records, and creator/admin operational records.

Creator and admin records

Deleting a parent account does not automatically delete public creator/admin operational records, content rights logs, published video records, review history, or safety audit trails unless legally required and safely reviewed.

Retention period

We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. Records retained for legal, security, billing, audit, or child-safety reasons may be kept longer only as necessary for that purpose.

Child-facing data posture

Safe Kids TV minimizes child-facing data. There are no public child profiles, comments, chat, public posts, or child upload features.
