App purpose

Safe Kids TV is a children's app for manually reviewed videos, with games that run on the device. Children can watch and play, but cannot post, upload, comment or contact anyone, unless a parent has chosen to let sharing open without the PIN. Creator upload and admin review happen in separate web systems, and videos appear in the child app only after admin review, approval, and publish.

Safe Kids TV تطبيق للأطفال يعرض فيديوهات تمت مراجعتها يدويًا، ويضم ألعابًا تعمل على الجهاز. يستطيع الأطفال المشاهدة واللعب، لكنهم لا يستطيعون النشر أو الرفع أو التعليق أو التواصل مع أحد، إلا إذا اختار ولي الأمر أن تُفتح المشاركة دون رمز PIN. يرفع صناع المحتوى الفيديوهات وتراجعها الإدارة عبر أنظمة ويب منفصلة، ولا تظهر الفيديوهات في تطبيق الطفل إلا بعد أن تراجعها الإدارة وتوافق عليها وتنشرها.

Data we may collect or process

• Parent account email and password-derived authentication data for sign-in and subscription access.
• Subscription entitlement data, such as plan, product id, entitlement status, backend verification status, and the country and price that Google Play reports for the subscription. Raw Google Play purchase tokens are not stored.
• Invitation records: a parent's invitation code, the accounts that joined with it, and the free minutes earned and used.
• Sign-in session records for a parent account: the app or browser's user agent string, a hashed, pseudonymised form of the IP address, and whether the device is a phone or a TV. They are used to keep accounts secure and to apply the number of devices a plan allows.
• Parent settings, language and age filters, watch-time settings, and local app preferences.
• A salted check value of the parent PIN, kept with the parent account so that reinstalling the app does not ask for a new PIN. The PIN itself never leaves the phone.
• Whether a parent PIN was entered correctly, never the PIN itself.
• Watch/session progress and first-party operational analytics needed for app function, reliability, safety, and creator/admin reporting.
• With each usage record, whether the family was subscribed, on the free trial or using free minutes.
• Support messages when a parent or creator contacts support.
• Notifications we show a parent in the app, and deletion requests with the address and reason given.

• سجلات الدعوات: رمز الدعوة الخاص بولي الأمر، والحسابات التي انضمت باستخدامه، والدقائق المجانية المكتسبة والمستخدمة.
• سجلات جلسات تسجيل الدخول لحساب ولي الأمر: الوصف الذي يرسله التطبيق أو المتصفح عن نفسه (user agent)، وصيغة مُعمّاة من عنوان IP، وهي قيمة تجزئة (hash) لا تُظهر العنوان نفسه، وما إذا كان الجهاز هاتفًا أو تلفازًا. نستخدمها لحماية الحسابات ولتطبيق عدد الأجهزة الذي تسمح به الخطة.
• إعدادات ولي الأمر، وفلاتر اللغة والعمر، وإعدادات وقت المشاهدة، وتفضيلات التطبيق المحلية.
• قيمة تحقق مملّحة من رمز PIN الخاص بولي الأمر، تُحفظ مع حسابه حتى لا يُطلب رمز جديد عند إعادة تثبيت التطبيق. أما الرمز نفسه فلا يغادر الهاتف أبدًا.
• ما إذا كان رمز PIN الخاص بولي الأمر قد أُدخل صحيحًا، وليس الرمز نفسه أبدًا.
• تقدّم المشاهدة والجلسات، وتحليلات تشغيلية نجريها بأنفسنا، وهي لازمة لعمل التطبيق وموثوقيته وسلامته، ولتقارير صناع المحتوى والإدارة.

What we collect

Safe Kids TV does not ask a child for their name, email address, photograph, voice, or location, and it never asks a child to create an account. The app reads no advertising identifier and no device identifier: no Android ID, no IMEI, no MAC address, no hardware serial.

When the app is first opened it generates a random identifier for that installation. It is not linked to a person, a device, or a Google account, it is not shared with anyone, and a parent can reset it at any time from Parent Controls. We use it only to keep the service working: to count installations, to measure whether features function, and to diagnose faults. We do not use it to build a profile of a child, to personalise what a child is shown, or for advertising of any kind.

When the “Personalized recommendations” switch is turned off in Parent Controls, the app sends no identifier with its usage records. For those records we work out a code from the network address they came from and the date, using a secret key: the address itself is not stored, and the code changes every day. Records also carry a random number that lasts for one opening of the app, and one for each video played, so we can count them correctly.

Suggestions are ordered on the device itself. The profile that ordering uses — a set of weights over categories, creators, languages and tags — is built on the phone, carries no identifier of any kind, and is never sent anywhere.

Watch progress itself is sent to us as the usage records listed above, so we can tell whether a video plays correctly and report view counts to the creator who made it. Those records carry the installation identifier and never a name, and we do not use them to decide what a child is shown.

لا يطلب Safe Kids TV من الطفل اسمه أو بريده الإلكتروني أو صورته أو صوته أو موقعه، ولا يطلب منه أبدًا إنشاء حساب. ولا يقرأ التطبيق أي معرّف إعلاني أو معرّف للجهاز: لا Android ID، ولا IMEI، ولا عنوان MAC، ولا الرقم التسلسلي للجهاز.

عند فتح التطبيق لأول مرة، ينشئ معرّفًا عشوائيًا لذلك التثبيت. هذا المعرّف غير مرتبط بشخص أو بجهاز أو بحساب Google، ولا نشاركه مع أحد، ويمكن لولي الأمر إعادة تعيينه في أي وقت من «تحكم الوالدين». ونستخدمه فقط لإبقاء الخدمة تعمل: لعدّ مرات التثبيت، ولقياس ما إذا كانت الميزات تعمل، ولتشخيص الأعطال. ولا نستخدمه لبناء ملف تعريفي عن الطفل، ولا لتخصيص ما يُعرض له، ولا لأي نوع من الإعلانات.

وعند إيقاف مفتاح «توصيات مخصصة» من «تحكم الوالدين»، لا يرسل التطبيق أي معرّف مع سجلات الاستخدام. ولتلك السجلات نحسب رمزًا من عنوان الشبكة الذي وصلت منه ومن التاريخ، باستخدام مفتاح سري: فلا يُخزَّن العنوان نفسه، ويتغير الرمز كل يوم. وتحمل السجلات أيضًا رقمًا عشوائيًا خاصًا بكل مرة يُفتح فيها التطبيق، ورقمًا آخر لكل فيديو يُشغَّل، حتى نعدّها بشكل صحيح.

تُرتَّب الاقتراحات على الجهاز نفسه. أما الملف الذي يعتمد عليه هذا الترتيب، وهو مجموعة أوزان للتصنيفات وصناع المحتوى واللغات والوسوم، فيُبنى على الهاتف، ولا يحمل أي معرّف من أي نوع، ولا يُرسل إلى أي مكان أبدًا.

أما تقدّم المشاهدة نفسه فيُرسل إلينا ضمن سجلات الاستخدام المذكورة أعلاه، لنعرف ما إذا كان الفيديو يعمل بشكل صحيح، ولنبلغ صانع المحتوى بعدد مشاهدات فيديوهاته. تحمل هذه السجلات معرّف التثبيت ولا تحمل اسمًا أبدًا، ولا نستخدمها لتحديد ما يُعرض للطفل.

Search

What a child types into the search box stays on their device. We are sent only the number of results a search returned, never the words.

Data not collected through the child app

• No ads, advertising ID, ad SDK, or third-party tracking SDK.
• No GPS/location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, or external media upload permission.
• No comments, chat, public child profiles, or child upload surface. A child cannot publish anything or contact anyone, unless a parent has chosen to let sharing open without the PIN.

بيانات لا نجمعها عبر تطبيق الطفل

• لا إعلانات، ولا معرّف إعلاني، ولا حزم إعلانات، ولا حزم تتبّع من جهات خارجية.
• لا أذونات لتحديد الموقع (GPS)، ولا لجهات الاتصال، ولا للكاميرا، ولا للميكروفون، ولا لمكتبة الصور، ولا لرفع وسائط خارجية.

Why we use data

We use data to operate parent accounts, subscription access, parent controls, approved video playback, safety filtering, support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and reliability monitoring.

لماذا نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل حسابات أولياء الأمور والوصول إلى الاشتراك وأدوات تحكم الوالدين، ولعرض الفيديوهات المعتمدة، ولتصفية المحتوى حفاظًا على السلامة، وللدعم والأمان ومنع الاحتيال والامتثال للقانون ومراقبة موثوقية الخدمة.

Sharing

A parent can share a link to a video, a creator or a playlist using the phone's own share sheet. By default sharing asks for the parent PIN, so children cannot reach it. In Parent Controls a parent can switch sharing off, or choose “Never ask”, which opens the share sheet without the PIN.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs. Operational providers may process data only to run the service: hosting, email delivery (for sign-in and password codes, receipts and replies to support messages, deletion confirmations, and occasional news about the service sent to parents), and Google Play Billing for subscriptions.

المشاركة

يمكن لولي الأمر مشاركة رابط فيديو أو صانع محتوى أو قائمة تشغيل من خلال لوحة المشاركة في هاتفه. وتطلب المشاركة افتراضيًا رمز PIN الخاص بولي الأمر، فلا يستطيع الأطفال الوصول إليها. ومن «تحكم الوالدين» يمكن لولي الأمر إيقاف المشاركة، أو اختيار «عدم السؤال» الذي يفتح لوحة المشاركة دون رمز PIN.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدم حزم إعلانات أو تتبّع. وقد يعالج مزودو الخدمات التشغيلية البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: الاستضافة، وخدمة إرسال البريد الإلكتروني (لرموز تسجيل الدخول وكلمة المرور، وإشعارات استلام رسائل الدعم والردود عليها، وتأكيدات طلبات الحذف، وأخبار الخدمة التي نرسلها إلى أولياء الأمور من حين لآخر)، والفوترة عبر Google Play للاشتراكات.

Security

All connections between the app, this website and our servers use HTTPS. Passwords and Google Play purchase tokens are stored only as hashes, never in readable form. Sensitive operational secrets are not stored in the app repository. Access to creator/admin systems is separate from the child app.

الأمان

تستخدم جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وهذا الموقع وخوادمنا بروتوكول HTTPS. ولا تُخزَّن كلمات المرور ورموز الشراء من Google Play إلا في صورة قيم تجزئة (hash)، ولا تُحفظ أبدًا بصيغة مقروءة. ولا تُحفظ الأسرار التشغيلية الحساسة في مستودع شيفرة التطبيق. والوصول إلى أنظمة صناع المحتوى والإدارة منفصل عن تطبيق الطفل.

How long we keep things

A parent account is kept until the parent asks us to delete it.

Usage records that tell us the app is working are deleted after 120 days. Where any search text was recorded before the app stopped sending it, that text is removed after 30 days. Both are deleted automatically on a schedule, not on request.

Sign-in session records are deleted 90 days after they were last used, and when a parent asks us to delete the account or its data. Copies in our encrypted backups are replaced within 30 days.

Payment records, support messages, reports about videos and our audit records are kept for as long as billing, tax, child safety and security require, and at most 6 years. We do not keep children's information indefinitely.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بحساب ولي الأمر إلى أن يطلب منا ولي الأمر حذفه.

سجلات الاستخدام التي تخبرنا بأن التطبيق يعمل تُحذف بعد 120 يومًا. وإذا سُجّل أي نص بحث قبل أن يتوقف التطبيق عن إرساله، فيُزال ذلك النص بعد 30 يومًا. ويتم الحذف في الحالتين تلقائيًا وفق جدول زمني، لا عند الطلب.

سجلات جلسات تسجيل الدخول تُحذف بعد 90 يومًا من آخر استخدام لها، وكذلك عندما يطلب منا ولي الأمر حذف الحساب أو بياناته. والنسخ الموجودة في نسخنا الاحتياطية المشفّرة تُستبدل خلال 30 يومًا.

أما سجلات الدفع، ورسائل الدعم، والبلاغات عن الفيديوهات، وسجلات التدقيق لدينا، فنحتفظ بها المدة التي تتطلبها الفوترة والضرائب وحماية الأطفال والأمان، وبحد أقصى 6 سنوات. ولا نحتفظ بمعلومات الأطفال إلى أجل غير مسمى.

Children's privacy

This service is directed to children and we treat all of its users as children. We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we design the service to meet the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code.

We collect a persistent identifier only in support of our internal operations, which COPPA permits without prior parental consent. We do not use it for behavioural profiling or advertising, and we do not condition a child's participation on disclosing more than is reasonably necessary.

A parent may review what we hold, ask us to delete it, and refuse further collection, by writing to the address below or using the deletion request in the app under Parent Controls. We will not require a parent to create an account to make such a request.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form, by writing to aameralshamy3@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We use data to provide the service a parent signed up for, and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and reliable. Our servers are in Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union. Emails are sent through Google's email service, and subscriptions are handled by Google Play. The service is operated from Saudi Arabia. Data is protected in transfer and storage as described above.

The child app has no public child profiles and no child upload surface. Parent controls remain protected by a parent-created PIN and optional biometric unlock after PIN setup.

خصوصية الأطفال

هذه الخدمة موجهة إلى الأطفال، ونعامل جميع مستخدميها على أنهم أطفال. ونتّبع قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت في الولايات المتحدة (COPPA)، ونصمّم الخدمة بما يتوافق مع اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في المملكة المتحدة (UK GDPR)، واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي (EU GDPR)، ومدونة التصميم الملائم للعمر في المملكة المتحدة.

نجمع معرّفًا ثابتًا (persistent identifier) لدعم عملياتنا الداخلية فقط، وهو ما يسمح به قانون COPPA دون موافقة مسبقة من الوالدين. ولا نستخدمه لبناء ملفات سلوكية أو للإعلانات، ولا نشترط لمشاركة الطفل أن يكشف أكثر مما هو ضروري بشكل معقول.

يحق لولي الأمر مراجعة ما نحتفظ به، وطلب حذفه، ورفض أي جمع إضافي، وذلك بمراسلتنا على العنوان أدناه أو باستخدام طلب الحذف في التطبيق ضمن «تحكم الوالدين». ولن نشترط على ولي الأمر إنشاء حساب لتقديم هذا الطلب.

إذا كنت في المملكة المتحدة أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية، فيمكنك أن تطلب منا نسخة من بياناتك، وتصحيحها أو حذفها، وتقييد استخدامنا لها أو الاعتراض عليه، والحصول عليها بصيغة قابلة للنقل، وذلك بمراسلتنا على aameralshamy3@gmail.com. ويمكنك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك، مثل مكتب مفوّض المعلومات في المملكة المتحدة. ونستخدم البيانات لتقديم الخدمة التي سجّل فيها ولي الأمر، ولمصلحتنا المشروعة في إبقاء الخدمة آمنة وموثوقة. تقع خوادمنا في فرانكفورت بألمانيا، داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وتُرسل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني عبر خدمة Google للبريد الإلكتروني، ويتولى Google Play إدارة الاشتراكات. وتُشغَّل الخدمة من المملكة العربية السعودية. والبيانات محمية أثناء نقلها وتخزينها كما هو موضح أعلاه.

لا يحتوي تطبيق الطفل على ملفات عامة للأطفال، ولا على مكان يرفع فيه الطفل محتوى. وتبقى أدوات تحكم الوالدين محمية برمز PIN يُنشئه ولي الأمر، مع إمكانية الفتح بالبصمة بعد إعداد الرمز.

Account and data deletion

Parents can request account deletion or data deletion in the app, under Parent Controls (behind the parent PIN) in the Account & Data Deletion section, through the public request form at Delete account/data, or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, child-safety, billing, fraud-prevention, security, audit, or operational integrity reasons.

يمكن لأولياء الأمور طلب حذف الحساب أو حذف البيانات من التطبيق، ضمن «تحكم الوالدين» (المحمي برمز PIN) في قسم «حذف الحساب والبيانات»، أو عبر نموذج الطلب العام في صفحة حذف الحساب أو البيانات، أو بالتواصل مع الدعم. وقد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات عندما يلزم ذلك لأسباب قانونية أو لحماية الأطفال أو للفوترة أو لمنع الاحتيال أو للأمان أو للتدقيق أو لسلامة التشغيل.
